Shipments:

Within the United States: Most items ship within 1-2 business days upon cleared payment. All items are shipped via US Mail with Delivery Confirmation (First Class or Priority, based upon your choice per your order). Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery in the US.

International: Most items ship within 1-2 business days upon cleared payment. All items are shipped via US Mail. No tracking number and no insurance is available on international shipments. Depending on the country of destination, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Returns Policy: 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All items are returnable for refund or for exchange within 2 weeks of receipt.

A return authorization must be obtained by contacting us ( sales@holsterama.com ).

Full refund will be given if the item is returned in "NEW" condition. Otherwise, the refund amount will be subject to the condition of the returned item. All return shipping arrangements and expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
